I know that is kind of a bold statement to say all ghosts are actually demons, but with after doing an indebt study of what the Bible has to say about the dead and what happens to the dead I can confidently say, “If you have actual paranormal activity in your home, it is not coming from people who have past on, but most likely dark spirits merely imitating the dead”.

They do this to fool you in to believing in Satan’s first recorded lie, Gen 3:4: “You surely won’t die”, the serpent said to the woman. Satan and his demonic followers want to convince or sway you into thinking you can sill live on this earth even after death without being evolved in God’s divine plan of salvation and eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ.

I had questions. I took some time to seek out looking for answers from a book with the utmost authority on the dead, The Holy Bible. I found there were scripture to support that after death, a human or it’s spirit, is not able to walk about or interact among the living. I also learned more the function and how Satan and his demons operate, and the dead. Below are some scripture references I found to help answer my questions.

What happens to the body and spirit at death?
Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. (for later judgment) Ecclesiastes 12:7

Are the dead conscious at all?
Ecclesiastes 9:5,6,10:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

Can a spirit rise up to haunt or walk about the Earth?
Job 14:12 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.

Do the dead know if they are honored at the gravesites?
Job 14:21 His sons come to honor, and he knows not; and they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them.

Is there any blockage to keep the dead from interacting with the living on Earth?
Luke 16:26-31 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

If the demon is doing good or beneficial to me when we communicate is that ok?

Why are ghosts, and occult practices becoming more popular now days?
1 Tim 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,

2 Thes 2:10-11 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Rom 1:28 “And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient”

2 Tim 4:3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.



Why do people reject the truths spoken about in the Bible?
John 8:42-44 “Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me. “Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you cannot hear My word. You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

Eph 4:14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.



Satan’s purpose is what?
The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.” Rev 12:9

Can demons tell the future or know past loved ones?
Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shalldeceive the very elect..
1 Peter 5:8 Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.

Can ghosts (demons) be good or beneficial?
2 Thess 2:9 The coming of the lawless one will be 2 Cor 11:14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders,

Can a demon harass a Christian?
2 Cor 12:7 So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations,a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited.
